If I am experiencing issues with my tester, what can I do to get help / support?

What type of warranty does KING provide?
KING provides a 1-year warranty on all parts and labor from the original date of purchase.
Why is my tester not holding pressure?
The King Portable Brinell Tester is not designed to hold pressure. When testing, pull the pump handle until 3000kg is met and you feel a tension relief in the handle. Once you feel this relief, apply an additional 3 pumps to maintain the pressure level in the reading gauge.
How often should I verify my tester is in calibration?
