Test anywhere on your part with King Pin hand-held Brinell testers. The King Pin Tester™ provide an economical, fast and accurate means of testing. By applying force, the pin regulates the force on the indenter and the indenter makes the impression on the surface with a force determined by the calibrated pins, which shear at 1580 kgf.

Our King Pin Tester™ uses the hammer style for testing.  Ideal for hard-to-reach areas, the King Pin Tester ™ utilizes a handle, indenter, indenter holder, and King Pins™ for testing. Loading is independent of the operator.

King Pins™

Our pins are available in bags of 250.  These pins have a tolerance of less than 1% and comes with a hardness table for converting your indent to the hardness value.
